Notary Public - St. Louis

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Notary Public to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering oaths, taking affidavits, and performing other duties as required by law. This role requires a strong commitment to accuracy and ethical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering oaths and affirmations.
  • Taking acknowledgments of deeds and other instruments.
  • Certifying copies of documents.
  • Travel to clients location for notary.
  • Print documents when necessary.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all notarial acts.
  • Ensuring compliance with all state and federal notary laws.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Notary Public commission for Missouri.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Notary Public.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Process Server

We are looking for a reliable and professional Process Server to deliver legal documents efficiently and accurately. This role requires excellent navigational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving legal documents (summons, subpoenas, complaints, etc.) to individuals and businesses.
  • Performing skip tracing to locate individuals as needed.
  • Preparing and filing affidavits of service with the appropriate courts.
  • Maintaining detailed records of all attempts and services.
  • Adhering to all local, state, and federal laws regarding process serving.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and legal professionals.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Process Server preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of local and state process serving regulations.
  • Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using GPS and mapping tools.
